System76 has just recently announced that the Pangolin – their first AMD-powered laptop – is back in stock and available.
Founded in 2005, System76 has been one of the most prominent Linux-first computer system OEMs, offering systems running their custom, Ubuntu-based PopOS distribution. While their desktop offerings have included AMD components for some time, the Pangolin is the first mobile offering from S76 to featuring an AMD processors. Prior to this, their laptops contained Intel CPUs.
The Pangolin comes complete with a set of features that competes with the best of the available thin-and-light, ultrabook-style laptops that are out there, including:
